Bamenda University of Science and Technology is a private university with high ambitions set in rural conditions in the Western province of Cameroon. The university aims to develop a School of Appropriate Technology that includes an ICT4D program.

MIS4D is currently working with partners in the Netherlands (Instituut voor Wetenschap en duurzame Ontwikkeling) and in Cameroon (Renewable Energy Innovators) in the establishment of the new school.
