Rwanda, Burundi and East RD Congo form the heart of the African Great Lakes region. This region houses complex projects and many donor activity. To innovate the coordination of one of these projects we selected and implemented an appropriate document and project management for collaborating project partners in Rwanda, Burundi, East Congo, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
